Gisela Coetzee is a qualified Chartered Accountant currently working at Telkom SA SOC Ltd as the Head of Statutory Reporting and Consolidations. She oversees the group consolidation function as well as the preparation of the group and company financial statements. Her previous roles have been very technical in nature as she conducted impact assessments as well the implementation of new IFRS standards. She has also undertaken separate work assignments in France and the USA.

Gisela is very detail-oriented, passionate about financial reporting and appreciates the importance of knowledge transfer. She is actively involved in the Telkom training programme for prospective Chartered Accountants. She has also successfully completed a course in Developing Women in Leadership at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business.
