The NLA has created a central, online register of macro liquor manufacturers and distributors in South Africa, as prescribed by Section 23 of the Liquor Act (Act No. 59 of 2003). The register features companies registration numbers, the names of the registered persons, trading names, the date of establishment and business type, as well as registered business addresses.
