Business Visa Recommendation
To apply for a Business Visa Recommendation, please ensure you have the required documents ready and submit your application through our Visa Recommendation System (VRS) portal.

Business Visa

Required documents to be uploaded:
- Copy of the applicant’s passport
- Copy of temporary residence permit/visa
- Curriculum Vitae
- Factual finding report (Accountant letter)
- Representation letter
- Proof of the accountant’s registration with the professional body (SAICA, SAIPA & CIBA)
- Copies of the documents used to determine the investment
Undertakings:
- Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases (COIDA)
- Unemployment Insurance Fund
- South African Revenue Service (Business Tax Clearance Certificate)
- Companies and Intellectual Properties Commission (CIPC) registration.
- Relevant business industry body, board, required in specific industries in South Africa. (If applicable to the business)
- Relevant professional body, board or council based on qualifications recognised by SAQA (If applicable to the business)
