NATIONAL LIQUOR AUTHORITY CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS) – TRANSFER MODULE.
Macro manufacturers and distributors of liquor
The National Liquor Authority has deployed the Transfer module on the Case Management System (CMS). As a result, applicants are required to file the Transfer application (s) on the CMS with effect from September 2024.
NB: Transfer application will be completed by the Transfer and Transferee, therefore both parties should have a registered email address on the CMS. Registrants who wish to file a Transfer application(s) should ensure that their registration is fully compliant on the CMS.
