Minister Ebrahim Patel and industry stakeholders signed the Global Business Services Masterplan in Umhlanga, Durban, on Thursday, 18 November 2021. The GBS Master Plan process brings together government, industry, social partners and labour to set a common vision and action agenda for developing and growing the sector.
